A Bocconi graduate in Financial Intermediaries and Markets with further training at J.P. Morgan, Daniele spent seven years at J.P. Morgan Securities, becoming co-head of Emerging Markets Derivatives Marketing and helping build a team of over fifteen portfolio managers. As Managing Director at Merrill Lynch he co-headed FICC marketing and helped start a fixed-income UCITS initiative for wealth managers and pension funds. Six years at Mediobanca London followed, delivering hedge-fund and algorithmic strategies in UCITS format, before he founded Flexagon.

A leading compliance specialist, Claire serves as Compliance Officer and Director for various licensed financial entities in Malta and provides compliance consultancy to major institutions on the implementation of EU directives such as MiFID and AIFMD. Her career began in the Banking Regulation and Compliance Section of the Central Bank of Malta and continued at the MFSA, where she worked on on-site bank supervision, the drafting of banking and financial-services legislation and licensing due diligence. She holds an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business.

A senior finance and audit leader, Edward has held CFO and Finance Director roles at Credit Suisse Securities, MeDirect Bank, National Bank of Dubai, Diwan Capital and Curmi & Partners, following more than 25 years in London and the Middle East. He established the MeDirect Group's finance and internal-audit functions and led EMEA regulatory reporting at Bank of America Securities. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he holds an MBA from City, University of London and is a qualified member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

A senior executive and board-level professional in investment funds and asset management, Andrea is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Abalone Asset Management Limited in Malta, holding directorships across the Abalone group and several Maltese SICAV structures, together with approved roles at Menhir Capital Management in the UAE and Monolith Private Wealth Management in Mauritius. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Turin, a master's in Economics from Bocconi University and a second-level master's in Finance, Insurance and Risk Management from Collegio Carlo Alberto.

Alessia Brignoli is Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Flexagon Capital Management Ltd, bringing over six years of dedicated experience in fund management and regulatory oversight across AIF, UCITS, and MiFID frameworks. Throughout her career she has specialized in designing proactive risk management frameworks, executing liquidity stress testing, and ensuring strict portfolio compliance. Alessia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and continues to advance her financial expertise.

An Operations and Risk professional with eight years' experience in asset management across AIF and UCITS structures, currently Chief Operations Officer of Flexagon Capital Management Ltd and a member of its Investment Committee. Approved by the MFSA as Risk Manager and, more recently, as Chief Operations Officer, he has supported C-level executives and boards through extensive governance meetings and contributed to multiple Valuation Committees. He holds a degree in Business and Managerial Economics and a Master's in International Business in China from LUM School of Management.
